Avocado Mousse Ice Cubes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Avocado
  • 10 no pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Creamer

  • 6-12 Silicone molds

Method
 

  1. Take one ripe avocado.
  2. Cut avocado into halves.
  3. Make avocado puree using blender.
  4. Take 2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  5. Take 6-10 pitted dates. Soak dates in water.
  6. Take one blender, add soaked dates in blender jar, add creamer and blend it until it is creamy. Mix avocado puree, dates puree and cocoa powder together.
  7. Take the silicone molds, add 1- 2 tablespoon of avocado mousse in molds. After filling all silicone molds with avocado mousse, put the molds in freezer for 2- 5 hours or over night. Avocado Mousse Ice Cubes are ready.
