Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Cauliflower head
  • 2 lit water
  • 1 no fine strainer
  • 1 no cheese cloth
  • 1 no Chopper

Method
 

  1. Take one cauliflower, wash with water.
  2. Make into florets. Take one chopper, add cauliflower florets into chopper.
  3. Make fine rice.
  4. Take one big pot, add 2 liter water, and bring water to boil. Add cauliflower rice to boiling water and boil cauliflower rice for 10 minutes.
  5. Take one fine strainer, cover strainer with cheese cloth. Strain the boiled cauliflower rice and let it cool down.
  6. Squeeze all the water from the cauliflower rice.
  7. Cauliflower rice is ready to use in cauliflower pizza crust, cauliflower risotto,
