Take 14 oz Cream Cheese( I used plant based cream cheese, you can use regular cream cheese).
Add 3 tablespoon sugar
Cream Cheese filling is ready for Danish, keep it aside.
Take 16 oz(500 gram) Raspberry and same amount Blackberry. Wash it with water and put it in a strainer. Take one pan, put it on a medium high heat. Add one tablespoon oil, let the oil heat up then add raspberry and blackberry. Cook the fruits until juices from the fruits are dry out. Half way through add two tablespoon brown sugar.
Once all juices dry, then take one bowl and put the cooked fruit in a bowl and let it cool down.
Take the puff pastry and roll it out.
Cut puff pastry into squares and roll with rolling pin about quarter inches.
Put the cream cheese on the center of the puff pastry.
Put the raspberry and blackberry filling on the cream cheese.
Pull on the first corner of the puff pastry on the fruit filling.
Pull on the second corner of the puff pastry on the fruit filling.
Pull on the third corner of the puff pastry on the fruit filling.
Pull on the fourth corner of the puff pastry on the fruit filling.
Put all prepared Danish filled with cream cheese and fruit filling on the baking tray. Preheat oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Put the tray in Danish tray in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Baked Danish with cream cheese and fruit filling is ready.
