Instruction for fish
- Take fish filet, wash with water 2 to 3 times. Wipe fish with paper towel or cloth.

- Make a pocket in the center of the fish. Keep it aside, meanwhile prepare the stuffing and masala.

Instruction for Stuffing and Masala
- Take bunch of spinach, wash and keep it in a strainer.

- Chop spinach in a chopper.

- Keep chopped spinach aside, meanwhile prepare masala.

- Cajun Masala.

- Oil and butter.

- Cheese.

- Lemon juice.

- Take non-stick pan, put it on low medium heat. Add oil and butter.

- Add grated ginger and garlic, saute for 1 min. Add spinach and saute until water evaporates.

- Add Cheese into sauteed spinach, turn of the heat.

- Let it cool down spinach cheese stuffing.

Instruction for Baking fish pockets
- Left over Cajun masala for fish filet.

- Mix Cajun masala in remaining oil and butter. Apply Cajun mix to one side of fish filet.

- Apply Cajun masala to other side of fish filet.

- Take one fish filet pocket, stuff the fish pocket with spinach and cheese. Fill all the fish pockets. Meanwhile preheat toaster oven at 350 degree Fahrenheits.

- Tap and close the fish pockets.

- Spinach and cheese stuffed fish pockets are ready to be baked in toaster oven.

- Put the stuffed fish pockets in oven and bake for 30 minute, flip after 15 minute to other side.

- Baked fish pockets are ready in 30 minutes.
