Ingredients
  

  • 4 no Eggs
  • 1 no Crushed onion
  • 3 no Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp Canola Oil

Instructions
 

  • Take four Eggs.
  • Take one onion and crush into a chopper.
  • Take 2 to 3 tomatoes and crushed into a chopper.
  • Take one bunch of green onions and cut into pieces, take half bunch cilantro and cut into small pieces.
  • Take basic masala for masala poached eggs.
  • Take one pan, put it on medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons of canola oil.
  • Once the oil is heated, add crushed onions. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Once the onions are cooked, add red chili masala and add some water. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Once the masala is cooked, add crushed tomatoes and add one and half glass of water.
  • Cover the pan with lid and cook the masala for 2 minutes.
  • Once the masala is cooked, take one egg at a time and crack it in curry.
  • All eggs are poaching in a masala curry.
  • Cover the pan with lid and let the eggs poached in masala curry for 3 minutes.
  • Add remaining coriander leaves and some garam masala on poached eggs.
  • After adding coriander and garam masala, flip the poached eggs.
  • After flipping poached eggs, turn the stove off and transfer masala poached eggs in a serving bowl.
