Take thin poha, and strains the poha with strainer.
Take one wok, put it on medium low heat and dry roast poha for 15 minutes until it is crispy.
Once the poha is dry roasted, put it aside.
Take a wok, put it on a stove top, add oil.
Once the oil heat up, add sliced onions, green chilies, curry leaves, fennel seeds, turmeric and salt. Saute all the ingredients.
Then add dalia, cashews, peanuts, and resins. Saute all dry fruits.
Once all the masala is ready, add masala to poha rumali chivda.
Mix all masala to the roasted poha.
