Cut leaves of Amaranth bhaji and wash 3 to 4 times with tap water and put it in strainer and keep aside. Meanwhile cut onion into cubes and dry red chilies.
Take a wok or non-stick pot, put it on medium high heat. Add oil, let the oil heat. Add chilies and onion and sauteed for 2 minutes.
Add washed amaranth leaves to onions and chilies.
Mix amaranth leaves to onions and chilies with spatula.
Turn and mix amaranth leaves every 2 minutes.
Let the water dry from the amaranth leaves.
Once the water is dry from the amaranth leaves, the sauteed amaranth bhaji is ready.
