Wash and cut kale.
Take a dip pot, add water and boil on medium to high heat. Once the water boil, add cut kale and boil for 15 minutes until it is tender to touch.
After boiling kale, drain the water. Add cold water immediately to boiled kale, so it stops the further cooking. Squeeze the water from the kale and loosen the kale with hand.
Cut onion and dried red chilies and keep aside.
Take a pot, put it on medium heat. Add oil, let heat the oil, add cubed onion and red chilies and sauté for 3 minutes until onion is light golden. Add grated garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, add boiled kale and salt and sauté for 5 minutes.
