Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches Basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 3 no Garlic cloves
  • 2 no Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Take basil leaves, wash with water, strain and keep it aside.
  2. Take one fourth cup almonds.
  3. Take one third cup olive oil.
  4. Take one tablespoon lemon juice.
  5. Take three to four garlic cloves, 2 green chilies, one teaspoon black pepper powder, three fourth teaspoon salt.
  6. Take one blender jar, add almonds, garlic, green chilies, black pepper, olive oil, salt.
  7. Grind all ingredients into paste.
  8. Add basil leaves into almond paste .
  9. Grind basil leaves with almond paste. Finely grinded basil pesto is ready.
