Instructions for boiling lamb
- Take lamb chops, wash with water 3-4 times.
- Take a deep pot, put it on a medium heat, add oil, let the oil heat for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 cubed cut onion, saute onions for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, saute 3 minutes. Add washed lamb chops, turmeric powder and salt.
- Mix all the masala and cook for 5 minutes, continuously moving the lamb pieces with masala. Add 2 cups water and cover with lid and cook for 30-40 minutes until it is soft and tender.
- Boiled lamb chops are ready for green masala lamb chops.

- Take a pan, put it on medium heat, let it heat for 2-4 minutes. Add oil, let it heat oil for 3-5 minutes, add cubed cut onion, let it cook onion until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Take 1/4 cup green masala.
- Add green masala to golden onions.
- Cook green masala for 3-4 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled chops in cooked green masala and add salt to taste, and coat all the green masala to lamb chops, continuously moving lamb pieces with green masala Cook for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
